He has led numerous leadership programs and his knowledge on patterns in power and language is legendary.

Robert Austin, associate professor at Harvard Business School, USA and at the moment professor at CBS, Copenhagen. Robert Austin has specialized in innovation management and has written the books: Creating Business Advantage in the Information Age and Measuring and Managing Performance in Organizations.

Adrian Cottin, Executive Vice President of PCO's International, Inc. Adrian is an International Training Fellow, graduated from the Program on Design, Management and Marketing of International Training from the Junior Chamber International University, USA. Trainer of Trainers in Accelerated Learning Methodology, Ontological Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and ASTD's HPI and Training Certificate Program. He has been guest speaker in seminars and congresses in dozens of countries.
