Registration feesRegistration fees in DKK and Euro
To register go to the Registration page you can see at the left side. After we have received your registration you will get an invoice. The registration is binding, but you are only admitted to the Conference once we have received the payment!
The Registration fee is subject to a value added tax of 25 %. Danish companies get this amount refunded via their vat-account. Foreign companies are likewise entitled to a refund.
Full Conference include: Documentation, refreshments, lunch, a ticket to CopenhagenNight of Culture.
Please notice that you have to sign up for the Gala Dinner Event and pay for it separately when you register.
Cancellation
Cancellations received before September 1. 2009 are eligible for a 50 % refund of the Conference Fee. No refunds can be made after that. If you can't come yourself, you are welcome to send a colleague.
